Fluffy Audio is an Italian excellence that creates music libraries that sound almost better than real instruments.
Their latest effort collects all those typical sounds of “mickey mousing” or the musical composition technique that synchronizes the actions of a video with sound effects and music.
What better way to promote and talk about this novelty than through 2D animations with a retro flavor in which the various tools in the library become characters worthy of 1930s Disney films?!
Mmm..no. There was no better way…
The real challenge of this project lay in the animation design. Each character had to be seamlessly integrated into Kontakt, and the animation had to be synchronized with the use of the instruments within the program. But that’s not all! Each instrument could produce a variety of sounds—short, long, decisive… Therefore, it was crucial to create distinct and modular animations. A delightful challenge, but it was well worth it!
